“My specialty and the aspect I am most proud of is probably the success of the Compost Club, which runs like this. People fill out an interest form from our website and I email them a list of tasks to complete in order to register. They must read a list of rules, watch a video, take a test until they pass, fill out a waiver, and then they are allowed to go pick up a bucket to fill with scraps.
